Families Of All Kinds Love The Forest

A Community That Lives Up To It’s Name

Deer and yearling photo Forest at Hi Hat Ranch

The land plan at The Forest sets aside about half of the community in preservation space including uplands, forested wetlands, ponds and open space. In addition, most of the large 3 to 5 acre homesites are heavily treed and add to the overall preservation feel in the community.

This makes for a quiet and peaceful environment for residents where real separation between the homes makes for a real estate feel and true sense of privacy.

It also allows for natural wildlife corridors and attracts many wild families in addition to people. There are a wide variety of song birds, wading birds, turkeys and even eagles seen here regularly. Plus many animal families like the doe and her faun enjoying a beautiful day at Gazebo Park in this photograph taken by our man-on-the-scene and Sotheby’s agent Brian Wood.

There are still a few spots left for human families to enjoy The Forest along with our wild ones. Contact Brian for a tour and learn more about opportunities to join them.
