Drone Video Gives New Perspective On Estate Living
The best perspective on just how wooded and private the estate homesites are at The Forest is from above. This is the first in a series of short drone aerial videos designed to help people better understand why The Forest is so different from virtually all other new home “estate” communities in the Sarasota region.
Take the drive in from Clark Road past the welcome center. Then on over Swaying Branch Road for a broad aerial view of a few homes in the community. Click to watch and see the privacy only a true acreage estate can offer.

Distances From East Sarasota & Manatee Communities
The Forest is closer than you think. Comparing distances to key locations from the four most popular gated communities east of I-75 in Sarasota and Manatee Counties is telling. The chart below shows distances using Google Maps.
All the communities are relatively similar overall. But, The Forest is closest to the beach and the only community with no stop lights between it and I-75. See the custom Google Map for more comparisons. Better yet, take the lovely drive 5.5 miles east of the interstate on Clark Road and see how close The Forest really is…while still being worlds away from the hustle and bustle.
