Sales Office Removal Makes Way For New Passive Park
The first step in creating a new passive park on Lake Wood in The Forest at Hi Hat Ranch is complete with the removal of the sales office. Watch the video as a crew uses a crane to lift the two modular sections off the property.
“Private owners still have several lots for re-sale and our builders are very active with new home construction in The Forest,” said Forest managing partner Tom Dabney. “However, with developer lot sales now completed, we look forward to turning over this beautiful site on Lake Wood to residents for their enjoyment.”
See the video of the crew removing the office, which has a long history in the area. Prior to The Forest, it was used as the preview center for the Country Club at Lakewood Ranch, and by builders in other locations around Bradenton and Sarasota.
“There is still a very good selection of estate-sized home sites available here,” said Brian Wood, the exclusive Michael Saunders agent for The Forest. “The community remains open for private tours of the property and there are several sales pending and custom homes underway. Contact me to set an appointment.”
